8 30-minute sessions $320

Group of 3 or more $25 per person 60-minute group workout

4 Week Exercise / Nutrition Coaching:
Receive on going weekly support using Text / Email . Nutrition guidance for weight loss and exercise design to for muscle tone / Cardiovascular fitness. I will help you reach your goals and make a Healthy lifestyle change.***You will be required to keep a weekly Food / Exercise Journal.
4 Week Program / Exercise Design:
If you are looking to tone your body, build muscle, lose weight or just a change in your current routine this program is for you.(Weekly Text/Email support.) Receive your very on personal 4 week work out program customize just for your goals.
4 Week Weight Loss Nutrition Support:
If you have tried to loss weight and just can't seem to get on the right track. This program is for you. Learn how to eat correctly, make the right choices and make the lifestyle change you need for your weight loss success. (Weekly Text / Email Support) Diets don't work but this program will. ***You are required to keep a weekly food journal.
You will be tested on your strength, cardiovascular, Flexibility and Functions screening. This will identify your current fitness level . You will be given suggestion for improvement.

Have you ever wanted to workout with a Personal Trainer but couldn't afford it ? Now you can. Meet with your Personal trainer 2 times per week for 4 weeks. Must have 6 people in your group. Call for rates. You choose the times that work for you and your group.

Small group personal training - offers the benefits of personal training with the excitement of being in a group setting. Sessions are limited to 6 participants, so it offers a personalized exercise experience with hands on coaching.
