Beach Boot Camp
2022 Summer Season:
- Time: 7:00am - Try to arrive at 6:50am to check in, get instructions and ask questions if needed.

- Cost: $15 per class or save and buy a Loyalty Pass for $130
- Days:
- Saturdays: May 28th to September 3rd
- Tuesdays: June 21st to August 30th
- What to Bring: A beach towel - Water - A great open mind to have an amazing time!

Kickboxing
This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. All components of fitness are covered in this high energy class. Condition your core, work your upper body using a variety of hits and get your heart rate going with kicks. Bodyweight exercises are done along with using a variety of equipment. You’ll be hooked!

Total Conditioning
This class is the total package that will lead you to achieve personal fitness goals and needs. We take a mind/body approach to health and fitness encompassing mental readiness, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, core strength, stabilization, balance, endurance, flexibility, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle considerations will be incorporated.
Using multiple pieces of equipment like kettlebells, free weights, resistance tubing, your own body weight, and more. You will target all major muscle groups in a high-energy/fun format. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Meets 2x a week
Weight Loss Circuit
Feel better and look great! Mell will instruct you in a Weight Loss and Conditioning Circuit program. Classes will consist of cardio, strength training, core building, and functional movements. All participants will be asked to keep a food journal and will be given tips on proper nutrition. You will weigh-in on the first and last day to see how far you have come!

Virtual Classes
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a type of cardio and strength training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, but also its been shown to benefit the average exerciser. HIIT training not only helps performance, it also improves the ability to burn fat.

Youth Conditioning
This program is for 8-to-16-year-olds. What a great way to keep your kids moving, whether they are an athlete or not, they will love this workout. We cover all components of fitness. Yes, they will work and receive results, but also will have fun at the same time. We see children improve tremendously with this style of training. Working on strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, coordination and more. Children learn that this is a way of life and love it.
